Walk Thru the Bible Seminars:
Proclaiming the Word Ministries was founded in 1998 to serve the needs of primarily African American churches across denominational lines who desire to take advantage of the dynamic ministry associated with Walk Thru the Bible Seminars.
Now through an exclusive Strategic Alliance Agreement between Proclaiming the Word Ministries and Walk Thru the Bible Ministries, Proclaiming the Word Ministries now includes a growing team of certified faculty members who offer these dynamic, interactive, life-changing seminars across North America. The current faculty members include:

Equipping Proclaimers:
Leroy has been proclaiming God's Word for more than 25 years. From 1996-2008, Leroy served first as a consultant with the late Dr. E. K. Bailey until his death, and then as Director of the International Conference on Expository Preaching (formerly sponsored by E. K. Bailey Ministries, Inc.) In these capacities Leroy designed the conference program, developed annual conference themes, guided development of the workshops, selected conference preachers, lecturers and workshop speakers, marketed the conference, engaged in fund development and managed the budget. Leroy also participated in each conference, serving as preacher, lecturer and workshop leader. Leroy has served more than 10,000 proclaimers world-wide.
Leroy has been invited to preach, teach, lecture and lead workshops related to preaching in various settings. Some of them include:

Leroy continues to speak at preaching conferences, seminars and workshops. Additionally, through Proclaiming the Word Ministries, Leroy now offers preaching seminars, conferences and workshops ranging from 1-5 days in length. Proclaiming:
